Makeup disaster!!!!

I've had an awful makeup day today. 

 

First I used a foundation ever so slightly too dark for me, it's really my tanned colour. I didn't notice it when I put my makeup on in my bedroom but it was garishly obvious in daylight. 

Don't you find that all the time. What looks lovely in your bedroom or bathroom mirror looks atrocious in the cold light of day. To be honest bathroom lighting seems to be ok, it's bedroom lighting to be worried about. 

Then I fourgot to add the second crease colour to one eye. One eye was significantly darker than the other!!!  

Finally I used a cream highlighter that looked beautiful in the pan but when I put it on it too off my foundation, and everything bar huge chunks of glitter disappeared. So much so my normally oblivious husband not only noticed but commented that I looked like I'd try to turn myself into a vampire out of twilight. It also settled into every line and imperfection I have, making them sparkle at everyone all day. 

Makeup disasters, we all have them. What's yours.
