Forever Aloe Ever Shield Review

15:10

I don't want to talk too much about Forever Living as I plan to do a brand in the spotlight post on this but I did want to share specifically about this product.

I while ago I bought a large bundle of Forever Living products at a reps party, I think it was called something like the testing pack and it cost around £120 and had:

  • Aloe-Jojoba Shampoo
  • Aloe Conditioning Rinse
  • Aloe Hand & Face Soap
  • Aloe Vera Gel
  • Aloe Propolis Creme
  • Aloe Moisturising Lotion
  • Aloe Vera Gelly
  • Forever Bright Toothgel
  • Aloe Ever-Shield Deodorant Stick
  • 2 Aloe Lips
I will talk much more about this pack and the products in it when I do the brand under the spot light but this is my first review from this pack of products.

This is meant to be a long lasting deodorant stick that keeps you dry and clean smelling all day without the harsh chemicals normally associated with a tradition deodorant. I was really intrigued by this as cancer is something that runs in my family and many of my extended family members have developed breast cancer and there are lots of studies linking the chemicals in deodorant with the development of this disease. What i can tell you is that you get a lot of product and it comes in a nice looking if larger than normal stick. The smell is clean and unoffensive.

i tired this as a traditional deodorant, in the autumn so not a time where I normally struggle with sweat or BO but every time I used this product I ended up a sweaty stinky mess. I thought that I was done with the product as I don't have any use for an ineffectual deodorant but then something happened that made this product worth the money to me.

I have very sensitive skin and very large breasts. Not something you would normally think goes in a sentence together but for me this means I get very sore under the bust where my bra sits. During the summer or when I am exercising this can be a big issue for me and can cause the skin under my bust to get red, shiny and at the worst of times my skin can split and bleed making my life very difficult as my breasts are too large to go bra less.

One day I decided to try this stick under my boobs in the areas that I get sorest. Almost immediately I saw a difference in this area, my wounds stopped getting worse, then gradually my wounds started to heal and the skin began to look healthy. I still have the scars from where the skin has broken before but since using this product in this area I have no more soreness and my skin is in the best condition it has been in for years.

Whenever I shower I use this under my bust, it takes a few minutes to dry but its well worth the wait. I don't see myself being able to ever stop using this considering the difference it has made to my life. I think summer this year is going to so much more bearable now that I have this trick up my sleeve.

Have you tried a product like this? Tell me I'm not the only one who has this problem.

Love

Kay
