Browsing at Wilkinson's: Essence

I popped in to buy some washing up liquid and just could help myself from having a little look at the Essence stand. 

 

The Essence display never really speaks to me which is a shame because this is a really affordable brand that I think people miss out on because it's not the visually appealing. I have never tried anything truely terrible from this brand and some things are actually my favourites. 

 

I love these colour and care lipsticks. I have a couple at home and for someone like me with dry lips they are a godsend. They are also £2!!!!

They are t the most pigmented lipstick on the market and they aren't super long wearing but they are really pretty on the lips and make my lips feel better rather than worse for using them. I think I'm talking myself into buying the nude / brown one. 

I did pick up a couple of my favourite lip liners of all time. 

 

These are £1 and are some of the best lip liners I've ever used. 

I love just browsing through makeup stands but nearly always I end up purchasing something. But today I managed to only spend £2 so I call that a job well done.
