New Years Health Progress
This year I need to loose weight I can’t continue the way I am it’s just having such a negative effort on my health and my life in general.

I’m no good with diets though. Telling myself I have to be good and being restrictive just makes me want to rebell. So this year I’m trying something different. Every 2 weeks I am going to make a healthy change.
These changes won’t be big ones. Just small changes that I hope will be easy to achieve. I’m giving myself the 2 weeks to get used to the change and embed it before I add another.
I’m hoping that these small changes are all going to add up and I will see slow but steady change to my weight without me feeling too restricted.
This weeks change has been going from full fat pop to
no calorie alternatives.
By the end of 2017 I found myself drinking around a litre of full fat pop, particularly cherry coke every single day. It was adding an obscene amount of calories on to my daily intake and wasn’t good for me.
This week I have switched to water and sugar free juice with the occasional can of sugar free coke thrown in, but not every day.
Weigh in isn’t till Monday and I’m not expecting to see huge changes but hopefully for the first time in over 12 months when I step on the scale I won’t see a number higher than the last time.
How are your New Years resolutions going?
Love
Kay
