Week 1 Weigh In

I’ve put on 3lbs. 

I can’t deny that I’m disappointed as I don’t feel I have been crazy with food all week and I’ve stayed off the full fat pop and had so much more water. 

To make it worse I was so frustrated with it today that I had as much full fat pop as I wanted. That turned out to be 3 500ml bottles of full fat coke. 

Disgusting I know. 

I’m trying to tell myself I wasn’t expecting big things. That not drinking full fat pop is much better for me weight or not. Especially as I am at risk of diabetes. 

I’m back on it now. I’m going in to my second week and I’m not going to let this stop me. Just to start thinking now what my mini change will be next Monday. 

Remember we all fall down sometimes the only failure is when we don’t get back up again.
